After years of frustration with website projects that fell short, I finally found a partner who delivered beyond my expectations.
My name is Stephanie Calahan and I am a mentor, speaker, investor, and founder of Calahan Solutions, Inc. I work with purpose-driven leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and remarkable service professionals who are experts in their fields. Over the past 21+ years I have worked with several different companies to develop websites for my company. Many of those experiences were time consuming, and in a few instances, the service providers did not deliver on their promises. In 2014, to avoid repeating those experiences, I created my main site DIY style. But over time, that site became dated, both in appearance and in function. It no longer represented the caliber of my work. I knew it was time to overhaul the site, but I was hesitant because I did not want to do the research to get up to speed on today’s requirements and equally hesitant to work with providers that would not listen and take up significant amounts of my time. That is when a colleague referred me to Michelle Phillips, owner of Codefetti, LLC. After looking at her diverse portfolio and having an initial conversation with her, I knew I had found the right person for the job.
During our work together, Michelle was professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and creative. She was open to hearing my ideas and incorporated them in ways that were much better than I had envisioned. I know that I was not her easiest client to work with. I wanted a complete theme revamp and did not have a lot of solid ideas about what that might look like. While she isn’t a graphic designer, she excelled at analyzing the site samples I shared and helped me identify the common themes that resonated with me. She also provided me with resources that I could look at to help me determine the direction we should go. It was a wonderful collaborative experience that I enjoyed. What I once saw as a daunting project turned into a truly enjoyable experience. Michelle’s guidance made the process clear and stress-free, leaving me with a site I’m thrilled to share.
